STI 4262 Tech Tips for Every Learner

STI 4262 Tech Tips for Every Learner introduces teachers to technology resources that are geared towards students with special needs, but suitable for children of all abilities. These resources will provide students with learning experiences that are multimedia, interactive, highly visual, auditory, tactile, and most important—they’re fun! Teachers will apply these resources to develop strategies for differentiating instruction and addressing the academic, social, and emotional needs of any child.

Universal Design for Learning is an educational approach in which teachers modify curriculum and instructional strategies to meet the many needs and interests of diverse learners. This course will lean on this approach for guidance as we develop multiple opportunities to help children achieve curriculum goals.
